Uniformed personnel of the Marine Battalion Landing Team 10 (MBLT10) in San Vicente, Sta. Ana, Cagayan are presently undergoing training in Driving NC II conducted by the TESDA-Aparri Polytechnic Institute (API).
The said training program is cognizant to the agreement made between TESDA and MBLT10 for the skilling, upskilling and reskilling of its personnel.
