The Southern Isabela College of Arts and Trades (SICAT) extends support to the Gaddangs of Barangay Nabbuan, Santiago City through provision of training in Organic Agriculture as part of TESDA DOS’ Adopt-An-IP Community Program and SAGIP Program or Skills Acquisition Grant for Indigenous People.
