Rendered 41 years and 6 months in the government service

March 1, 2023 – Colleagues, friends, family members, partners and stakeholders have expressed their well wishes to Aparri Polytechnic Institute (API) Administrator Renato D. Ubiña as he finally relinquished his post as administrator of the said institution.
Mr. Ubiña has rendered 41 years and 6 months in the government service. He has introduced various reforms and development in API such as improvement of its building and facilities and engagement with partners for the provision of skills training and other services for the basic sectors.
Mr. Eduardo Escobar shall serve as the institution’s Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Administrator.
