Life is full of twist and turns. And in the end, success stories will be told.Same is through with the life of with the life of Maila Natinol who is a member of the Indigenous People, and Ifugao Native in particular. As everyone else she struggled in this world to overcome obstacle.
Maila, a Kasibu native during her schooling days must have to walk and hike to go to school in Kasibu National Agricultural High School. Life is simple and poor in the barrio. For this, hard work is necessary. She took up Dressmaking in TESDA KNAS. This served as her ticket in realizing her dream.
Maila dreamed of helping her fellows IPs, for most the Ifuago IP Community. This was realized when she took up BSIT and Educational Units. This was her ticket in helping others. She was then employed as a teacher in Nueva Vizcaya Polyechnic Institute. Since then she is a moving teacher to train trainees from all over Nueva Vizcaya.
The success story of Maila Natinol manifest that an IP member has a place to go in the community. An upland maiden thrived to be a trainor of Novo Vizcayanos to have a practical skill to facilitate living.
