FIRST MANCOM HELD; ARD ANDUYAN BARES 2019 ACCOMPLISHMENTS

TESDA DOS holds today, its 1st Management Committee Meeting. Agenda for the day include Sec. Isidro S. Lapeña’s new directives, analysis of 2019 accomplishments and pre-planning activities for CY 2020.

Acting Regional Director Demetrio P. Anduyan, Jr. bared Region II’s performance for 2019 which was presented during the New Year’s Call and 1st National Directorate Conference which he attended last January 9-10, 2020.

In terms of the region’s over-all performance for 2019, ARD Anduyan shared that TESDA DOS ranked number 1 in Institution Based Programs (IBT) implementation, 2nd in Community Based Training (CBT) and 4th in terms of Enterprise-based Training (CBT). The region also clinched 2nd place and 1st place, respectively, in terms of Assessed and Certified.

The region was also one of the six regions in the country delegated with the authority to process Disbursement Vouchers after meeting Central Office’s 95% requirement.

ARD also lauded the efforts of all operating units which greatly contributed to Region II’s accomplishments.
