The Aparri Polytechnic Institute (API) is administered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). TESDA is one of the three Educational Systems in the country today as a result of the trifocalization of the Philippine Education and is expected to perform its unique role in nation building particularly on human resource development through various skills training programs. With the program of TESDA that all one hundred twenty six (126) TESDA Administered Schools in the country be operationalizing in a Quality Assured System (QAS), API now institutionalizes the same quality system to cope with rapid development. This will definitely happen as it is a pressing commitment in the name of “quality service” to our trainees and to all other stake holders as aimed by the school’s policy statement which is “commitment to one’s duties: the way to quality service”. Modesty aside, API is recognized as a leading partner in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) as has always been the focus of its Mission and Vision.
As the Administrator, I am bent together with forty-four (44) strong Faculty and Personnel to help trainees meet their goals and aspirations. We join them as they aim high to strive for technical competence/excellence. Their hard work and decision today will lay the very strong foundation which our country needs in the future.
This Website sets every TESDAN the commitment to the values of integrity, compassion and respect, the hallmarks of API legacy. If everyone achieves this goal, API will remain as the leading leader in TVET.
